I’m a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, a massage practicioner and a lover of these roles and of life.

I started out in banking, then set up as an insurance broker …..which has nothing to do with it. ….whatever… we assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions. But I was missing a dimension in this business.

So I decided to change jobs and opened a gym with partners, but life made me realise that I had to do something on my own, so I left the gym, but what could I do?

Ah!!! lithotherapy could be just what I’m looking for….I was off to make a discovery.

Romain gave me 2 stones: 1 to listen inside and 1 to let things come and welcome them.

Then began the work of letting go, until one day someone introduced me to a friend who told me about Ayurveda….d’Ayurve what?

She explained Ayurveda to me and I was immediately hooked. What luck! She’s an instructor. Let’s start with the theoretical training……… and she tells me that we’re going to start with the practical side…massage!!!!

Ouch! I hadn’t thought of that……I know how to listen and talk, but touching is something else!
